Steam release and Mikan Hako's LP!

Second, I've been getting an excellent Let's Play by Mikan Hako who's been plowing through every puzzle, and finding lots of places where I can tighten up puzzles - de-cheesing or even new, cooler solutions. Mikan Hako also submitted a few custom puzzles, which will be available in his Community Levels chapter. They seem very hard though!

* Fix a bug where clicking 'Gain Insight' from the menu while in a replay would not end the replay.

Fix a visual bug when you have more bombs in a tile than other terrain tiles. Shattering/unshattering tiles like Fuzz now plays the correct animation. Stacked Glass Screws/Bombs now have different rotations. Shattered Heavy/Light Goals now disappear. Add Gold Floorboards.
